The RE-5002 50 liter rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. Under vacuum conditions, the constant temperature is heated to rotate the rotating bottle at a constant speed, and the material forms a large-area film on the bottle wall to evaporate efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in a collecting bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency, and is particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easily decomposed and degenerated by high temperature.
RE-5002 rotary evaporator Features
The RE-5002 rotary evaporator is mainly used for continuously distilling a large amount of volatile solvents under reduced pressure, especially for the concentration of the extract and the distillation of the receiving liquid during chromatographic separation, and the reaction product can be separated and purified. Under reduced pressure, when the solvent is distilled, the distillation flask is continuously rotated. The distillation flask is a pear-shaped or round-bottomed flask with a standard grinding port, connected to a vacuum pump through a highly refluxing serpentine condenser, and a reflux condenser. Another opening is connected to the receiving flask with the grinding port for receiving the evaporated organic solvent. There is a three-way piston between the condensing tube and the decompression pump. When the system is connected to the atmosphere, the distillation flask and the liquid-receiving flask can be removed from the transfer solvent. When the system is connected to the decompression pump, the system should be decompressed.When using, depressurize first, then start the motor to rotate the distillation flask; at the end, stop first, then pass the atmosphere to prevent the distillation flask from falling off during rotation. As a heat source for distillation, it is often equipped with a corresponding constant temperature water tank. The R/RE Series Rotary Evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotating bottle at a constant speed. The material forms a large area of uniform film on the wall of the bottle, and then the rotating bottle is uniformly heated by a smart constant temperature water bath and evaporates at high speed under vacuum. The vapor is cooled by a high efficiency glass condenser and then recycled to the collection bottle. The R series is our new rotary evaporator with 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 50L, 100L models, and can produce explosion-proof rotary evaporator according to customer requirements.
A:2L, 3L, 5L machines are suitable for laboratory and small sample tests; 5L, 10L, 20L are suitable for pilot test; 20L, 50L are suitable for pilot test and production, especially for the extraction of metal ion contaminants.
