RE-201D rotary evaporator product features:
1. It adopts the internationally advanced EL gas sealing system and the double rotary seal of rubber, which has high vacuum. The gas-liquid separation is more perfect and the reflux is guaranteed.
2. The main and double condensers make condensation more efficient and further increase recovery.
3. The rotating bottle is linked by a nut, which is more convenient to replace and disassemble.
4. The bottom of the collection bottle is equipped with a drain valve that allows the solvent to be recovered very quickly.
5. Special motor, worm gear drive technology, rotating speed display, intuitive and convenient operation.
6. Original PTFE three-way combination valve. Controlled airflow, liquid flow, feeding and discharging without stopping the machine, thus effectively improving work efficiency.
7. With a unique vacuum system integrated vacuum gauge, the vacuum can be adjusted for low boiling liquid materials.
8. The water and oil bath is controlled by electronic panel, the temperature is controlled by PID, the temperature control is accurate, and it can be lifted up and down, which is more humanized.
9. The mechanical structure of the RE-201D rotary evaporator is made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy parts. The glassware is made of high temperature resistant borosilicate glass. Rubber seals and consumables are of international standard and are easy to purchase and replace.

The R Series Rotary Evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotating bottle at a constant speed. The material forms a large area of uniform film on the wall of the bottle, and then the rotating bottle is uniformly heated by a smart constant temperature water bath and evaporates at high speed under vacuum. The vapor is cooled by a high efficiency glass condenser and then recycled to the collection bottle. The R series is our new rotary evaporator with 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 50L, 100L models, and can produce explosion-proof rotary evaporator according to customer requirements.
