1. Check that the power supply voltage is consistent with the specifications provided on the machine nameplate.
2. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch on the inverter, and use the speed knob to select the appropriate speed.
3. The flow of material and the power of the motor speed may resonate at a certain point. Please change the speed of the motor to avoid resonance.
4. After the stir bar is installed, it must be rotated by hand. Pay attention to whether the concentricity is good. If the heart is not good, the heavy clamp should be loosened. After the clamp is turned on, turn on the power and adjust gradually from slow to fast.

A. Check the instrument carefully before use. Whether the glass bottle is damaged or not, and whether the interfaces are consistent, pay attention to light handling.
B. Note that this equipment is a fragile product. Please be careful when using it. The damage of fragile goods is not covered by our company's warranty. If the customer needs it, we will charge the corresponding cost.
C. The PTFE switch can not be tightened too much, which is easy to damage the glass. 4. Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When the machine is stopped, stop the machine and turn off the switch.
D. Each interface can't be tightened too tightly. It should be loosened regularly to avoid the long-term tight lock and cause the connector to die.
E. Every time you use it, you must use a soft cloth to clean all kinds of oil traces left on the surface of the machine, stains, solvent remaining, and keep it clean.
F. Clean the seal ring regularly by removing the seal ring and checking if there is dirt on the shaft. Wipe it with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease and reinstall it to keep the shaft and seal ring smooth.
G. Loosen the PTFE switches after the machine stops. The long-term stationary state will make the PTFE piston deform.
