Q:What are the autoclave pressure control methods?
A:When pressurizing the autoclave, first open the valve of the gas source, pass the gas to be added to the air inlet, and then open the air inlet to pressurize. After pressurizing, the operation is reversed. Close the air inlet valve first, and then close the air source valve. At present, the autoclave has three pressure control methods:
1. Front pressure control: The air source is connected to a pressure reducing valve, and the pressure of the gas at the output end is controlled by adjusting the pressure reducing valve.
2. Medium pressure control: There is a pressure gauge on the reaction kettle. First, the gas higher than the target pressure is passed in, and the pressure is controlled to the set pressure through the exhaust valve.
3. Back pressure control: The exhaust port is terminated with a back pressure valve. By adjusting the back pressure valve, the pressure inside the kettle is controlled (the gas source pressure must be greater than the target pressure).
In addition, the autoclave needs to use pressurized gas to replace the air in the autoclave more than three times before the pressurized reaction. This is a basic operation.
