1. Disconnect the power

2. Release the pressure valve to release the gas in the pump body.

5. Unscrew the six hex screws at the pump head, open the air chamber, and save the screws.
6. There is a sealing ring in the groove on the reverse side of the air chamber. If the sealing ring is damaged, discard it; if there is a filter cotton in the air chamber, discard it.
7. Below the air chamber is a circular membrane cavity (with a valve plate installed). Pull out the membrane cavity.
8. Check the valve discs (black rubber and stainless steel) for aging and damage. If they are damaged or dirty, please replace or clean them. Just remove the screws.
9. The black diaphragm under the membrane cavity is fixed with a small gland. Unscrew the three screws on the small gland, save the screws, remove the gland, and visually observe whether the diaphragm is damaged. If it is damaged or severely deteriorated, please replace it.
10. If necessary, clean the pump head with water-based solvent, or blow away dirt with high-pressure gas.
